Business Administration Manager - Office Manager - Burton on Trent to GBP45k

If you are a highly efficient office manager with a background in dealing with company accounts and financial matters, this is a great opportunity for you. Working for an organisation based in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, your responsibilities will include the following:
? Management of company accounts and all financial matters (both in the UK and USA).
? Preparation of financial statements and ratification of these with external accountants
? Create and implement strategies for management of invoicing, cash management and handling of tax related matters.
? Authoring and validation of commercial contracts.
? Management of employment contracts (including updates as required).
? Creation of organisational policies eg expenses, travel, sickness, and implementation of these across the organisation.
? Performs related duties as assigned
The right candidate will have the following experience/knowledge:
Experience of preparing financial statements
Experience of accounts interpretation
Experience of HR reporting systems
Knowledge of tax law, ideally in the US as well as the UK
Knowledge of company accounting
An accountancy qualification would be highly advantageous
Degree level candidates preferred
Attention to detail
If you have experience of managing a small team of administrators, this would be advantageous as well.

There might be some occasional travel to the US within the role.

You will need to be able to get to Burton on Trent on a daily basis - commutable from Derby, Lichfield, Uttoxeter, Tamworth, Ashby, Coalville and other parts of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and the Midlands.
